In a collaborative initiative that embodies Dubai’s spirit of inclusivity and multicultural harmony, the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai), together with Global Village, has announced that the Global Village Season 30 logo will appear on all visas issued from the Emirate. Additionally, travelers entering the UAE through Dubai will receive a special entry stamp showcasing the same logo, marking the 30th anniversary of the city’s renowned cultural and entertainment destination. The announcement was made in the presence of H.E. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai; Ms. Zeina Dagher, Senior Vice President of Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment – Global Village; and Ms. Sara Al Muhairi, Director of Marketing and Events.

As part of this celebration, the two organizations revealed that visitors whose passports bear the Global Village Season 30 entry stamp will be granted complimentary access to Global Village for ten days starting from its season opening on October 15. To avail of this unique privilege, the stamp must be placed adjacent to the visitor’s entry stamp, allowing a one-time free entry opportunity.

This initiative represents effective collaboration between government departments and private sector partners, reflecting Dubai’s dedication to promoting projects that celebrate cultural diversity. It highlights the city’s distinguished role as a hub for cross-cultural exchange and understanding, introducing millions of arriving travelers to one of Dubai’s most iconic attractions that unites different cultures within a single destination. It also reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to values of openness, coexistence, and global connectivity.

The move aligns with GDRFA Dubai’s continuous efforts to support national events and initiatives that enhance the emirate’s international image and visitor experiences from the point of arrival. It is also in harmony with the Dubai 2033 Vision, which aims to strengthen the city’s position as a dynamic global destination where culture, innovation, and quality living converge seamlessly.
