Xpats.ae reports that the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers operating under the Dubai Chambers umbrella, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 28DIGITAL, an organisation renowned for advancing digital innovation and knowledge across Europe. This strategic collaboration aims to enhance bilateral cooperation and create new opportunities for entrepreneurs in Dubai and European nations to build stronger digital partnerships.
The MoU was signed during Expand North Star 2025, hosted by the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy and organised by Dubai World Trade Centre, which concluded today at Dubai Harbour. The agreement was formalised in the presence of Saeed AlGergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Federico Menna, Chief Executive Officer of 28DIGITAL.
Speaking on the occasion, Saeed AlGergawi highlighted that the partnership with 28DIGITAL reflects a significant step towards enhancing Dubai’s standing as a leading global destination for innovation and entrepreneurship. He noted that strengthening collaboration between Dubai’s and Europe’s technology ecosystems will pave the way for new avenues of innovation, investment, and growth across diverse digital sectors.
According to the terms of the agreement, both entities will jointly develop initiatives to support technology enterprises through areas such as market exploration, business facilitation, and investment promotion. The partnership will also provide resources for businesses aiming to establish a footprint in Dubai or Europe, as well as support for investor engagement, access to accelerators and incubators, and financial services. The collaboration underscores a shared commitment to foster entrepreneurship and innovation through knowledge-sharing and strategic business missions.
